Linsky Group, LLC is a resident and woman-owned community and government relations firm based in Washington, DC. We connect our clients to the DC government, community groups, businesses and individuals, building successful partnerships that expedite our clients’ projects from initial concept to ribbon-cutting.
Our focus is the real estate development process, where we help our clients with community engagement, entitlements, public/government relations, funding and other issues critical to a development’s success. We augment developers’ in-house expertise through our 35 years of knowledge, experience, and relationships from living in DC and having worked with all key stakeholders. Linsky Group provides guidance to clients working with Advisory Neighborhood Commissions (ANC), neighborhood and civic organizations, to obtain their support in getting necessary approvals from the DC Government. We also help our clients get support from the DC City Council, the Office of the Mayor, and DC Executive Branch agencies. |
